Refund Policy
Only after a second replacement order has been shipped will a refund will be issued for non delivery of products.

A reshipment of the order will be issued for delivery of incorrect products, once the item has been returned. For returned medication the medication packaging must not have been opened. If the second shipment is undelivered a third order may be shipped or a check will be issued as a refund.

If requesting a refund due to your package being held by the authorities a second order will be shipped.

If a second order is declined by a clent a refund will be issued less the shipping costs and 20% dispensing fee.

What happens if I cancel my order?
Once the order has already left the pharmacy cancellation is not possible.  A refund can only be issued for non delivery of goods and for an incorrect order.
